Our Ribbon Blenders comprise of a U-formed flat trough and an extraordinarily manufactured strip fomenter. A strip fomenter comprises of an arrangement of internal and external helical instigators. The external lace moves materials in a single bearing and the internal lace moves the materials the other way. These blenders pivot at approx. 300 fpm moves materials both radially and along the side to guarantee intensive mixes in short process durations. Strip instigators we make are utilized for mixes that will be about 40 and 100% of the appraised limit of the blender.
